Acts 1:8, NIV

This is what Jesus said to His disciples before He ascended to heaven. He sent the Holy Spirit as their guide, protector, and teacher. After that, they will serve as Jesus’ witnesses in this world. If you believe with all your heart that Jesus is your Lord and Savior, then that’s the time when you will receive the Holy Spirit. And just like His disciples, you are also one of His witnesses. You are meant to share His goodness and love. You are here to proclaim His mercy and power. It’s time for you to share with others what Jesus did in your life. Be His witness and testify what life feels like with Him.
