Always go back to the Purpose that God Planted in your Heart

There are times when you will get challenged to listen to the enemy’s voice. You feel exhausted and tired of the thoughts running even though you are not yet doing anything. In times like these, pause and take a deep breath. Your thoughts do not define who you are. Those are the things that your mind naturally does. Instead, ask yourself what the best thing to do is. Ask God how you can respond to it. There are reasons for sure why such things happen. Focus on the lessons and not on your emotions. Sometimes, problems get big by just thinking about them. But if you focus on the purpose God planted in you, you will be reminded of the things He taught you.

The pain that you are going through is valid. There is nothing wrong with it. The problems that are set in you exist not to punish you but to teach you something. It is usual for you to get overwhelmed with it. Sometimes, you want to ask for help but don’t know how. And that is fine. It is a sign that you are learning. Yes, learning sometimes starts when you feel that you are having a difficult time. It is because you are trying to understand the situation, and just thinking about it creates an opportunity for you to make and build ways to get through.

Turn your worries into an opportunity for you to trust Him. He can turn it into a path of solutions. When situations challenge you, turn in for a chance to learn and grow. Remind yourself of your purpose. Remind your heart of the love that the Father has for you. How favored and loved you are. Think that the situation is not punishing you; rather, it is furnishing you. It is crafting you into a new and improved piece. It will be hard sometimes. Your emotions will sometimes fight with the promise that God has for you. Well, that is a great thing to discover more of yourself. It is a chance for you to know yourself better. Observe how you respond to things and why you do so. You can evaluate yourself and know the things that you need help with. Sometimes, the problem isn’t really your situation, but it is about how you would respond.

Challenges and circumstances will always be there. They are part of life. But what changes is the inside. Your heart and mind will be transformed the more you face hurdles along the path. And this is an opportunity for you. Make it a chance to draw yourself closer to God. He can provide you, especially the wisdom that you need. He can grant you everything that your mind and heart thirst for. That is why, when things seem to create distance and distractions, remind yourself of the purpose of why you are here. You are loved and favored. You are blessed beyond measure and cared for.
