Being Vulnerable

Allow yourself to cry
Just let the tears flow
And know that you have the right
To acknowledge your emotion

Being vulnerable
Doesn’t mean you are weak
It simply means that you can’t carry everything
On your own
You need God
And His great mercy and love

So take your time
Release the pain
And express to Him all your worries
Tell Him about your doubts
And let Him know all your problems

Share to Him all your cares
And He will be there to help you
There may be moments
When you can’t understand yourself
But God knows everything
He understands your heart
And He knows why your fears exist

God saw what happened in your life
And He alone knows
How painful it is for you
So rely on His comfort
Stay in His presence
And in Him, you will overcome the pain

Just don’t neglect
What’s going on inside
Face your past
Even if it hurts so much

There’s no other way out
But to let go of the things
That hinder you
From growing closer to Him

Move forward
And let God take you
To the place that He prepared

Keep your faith
And He will bless you
With enough grace
One day, you will be fully healed
