The world will tell you to study hard
So that you will land a good job
They will tell you to earn more money
So that you will feel satisfied

Yes, you need to persevere
And work hard for your future
But pursue God first
And everything else will follow

Pursuing Him doesn’t mean
You seclude yourself away from people
It means that you put Him at the center
And make Him the God of your life

It means that you follow His word
And apply it everyday
Pursuing God means you listen to Him
And not to the lies of the enemy

Get to know Him more
Through the words
That are written in the Bible
Pursue Him even if the world can’t understand you
