Day 197 -Psalm 146:5
Blessed are those whose help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the Lord their God.

Do not put your trust in things that will slowly destroy you in the end. Put your hope in God and keep your faith in Him. You may acquire riches in this world, and you may have so many friends who can help you but don’t rely on them. Fix your eyes on God and trust in His great love. Depend on His power and not on your own strength. Follow His ways, and in Him, you will experience the kind of happiness that this world can never give. When you are in trouble, go to your room and surrender your situation to your Heavenly Father. Let Him move, and you will experience miracles in life.
