Day 204 – John 13:34
A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.
John 13:34, NIV
Choose to love the people around you. Jesus commanded us to love one another, and He is not only referring to those people who did good things in our lives. But we also need to serve those who badly caused us pain and broke our hearts. We are called to love everyone, just like how God loves us. It may not be an easy thing to do, especially when you go through so many hardships in life, but always keep in mind that you can never share God’s love if you do not accept Him first in your life. You need to be filled with His great love so that you will have enough strength to love others.
I pray that you allow God’s love to consume your heart so that you will be able to share His love with others.
