Day 238 – Romans 5:19
For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.
Romans 5:19, NIV
Obedience is very important to God. Adam sinned, and because of the wrong thing that He did, we were all made sinners. But because Jesus chose to obey our Heavenly Father, His sacrifice on the cross became the ultimate reason why we are made righteous in God’s eyes. We need to follow Jesus by obeying the will of God. We may not understand His ways sometimes, but we need to keep our faith and choose to trust in Him. Our obedience to God will bless not just our lives but also the people around us. He will use what we have to serve and love others. Only if we will allow Him to move in our lives.
May you choose to obey God even in moments when you can’t understand His ways.
