Day 266 – Romans 5:11

We can never boast of our own strength and understanding. We are not perfect. No matter what we do, there will be moments when we feel scared and do things that we will regret in the end. We can’t change ourselves. That’s why we shouldn’t boast about anything that we receive in life except for the grace of God through the sacrifice that Jesus did on the cross. If we want to boast, we must lift the name of Jesus instead because He alone deserves the glory and honor. He is the only one who can make our hearts new. Because of Him, we are given a chance to be reconciled to our Heavenly Father.
