Day 268 – 1 Corinthians 13:3
If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.
1 Corinthians 13:3, NIV
Your sacrifices and hardships are nothing if you do not have love. Life is empty if you do things without the love of God. So live according to His ways. Yes, sometimes it’s hard to love others, especially when they never really appreciate your efforts. But still, you need to keep on doing it. Remember that you are offering it for God. You will feel so fulfilled within the moment you learn to depend on His great love for you. Everything is worth it as long as you do things with love. Remember that it will never fail.
