Day 348 – John 14:3
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am.
John 14:3, NIV
Jesus said these words to His disciples. He assured them that He was preparing a place where they could rest. And when the time is right, He will return and take them. Receive these encouraging words in your life. If you feel so tired and weary, always remember that it won’t last forever. Your Savior prepared a place where you can find rest and peace. In heaven, you will no longer shed tears because of pain. He will wipe them away and give you a new beginning. Let this be your source of hope. Do not set your eyes on temporary things. Instead, focus on the eternal treasures that Jesus prepared. You may not know when it will happen but trust that He is faithful enough to keep His promises.
I pray that you will never forget the wonderful place Jesus prepared for you.
