Day 396 – Luke 5:29
Then Levi held a great banquet for Jesus at his house, and a large crowd of tax collectors and others were eating with them.

Jesus called Levi or also known as Matthew, to become His follower. Without any doubt or fear, he responded to the voice of our Savior. Levi knew that when He followed Jesus, it would be very hard for him to come back to His old life, but that fact didn’t stop Him from celebrating His life with Jesus. In fact, he even invited other tax collectors to be with them. Levi didn’t just keep the good news on His own. Instead, he also invited his friends and gave them the opportunity to meet and encounter Jesus. Many of us have already encountered the love of Jesus, but just like Levi, may we also have the courage to share who He is with the people around us.
I pray that you will continue to share Jesus with those who are broken and in pain.
