Day 454- Luke 17:3
So watch yourselves. “If your brother or sister sins against you, rebuke them; and if they repent, forgive them.
Luke 17:3 NIV
If someone caused you some pain and sinned against you, then rebuke them. Share to them the wrong things that they did and do it a gentle way. And if they repent and ask for forgiveness, then give them the grace that they need. We live in an imperfect world, that’s why we need those people who will point out our sins and open our eyes to the things that we can improve. We must not treat them as our enemy. Instead, be grateful if you are surrounded with the right people who are bold enough to tell you the truth. Take it as your opportunity to grow and develop yourself. Forgive those who caused you pain and remember the grace that God provided for you.
I pray that you will learn to gently rebuke those who sin against you and extend God’s grace to them.
