Day 467 – Luke 22: 43
An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him.
Luke 22: 43, NIV
This happened when Jesus earnestly prayed to God before He was arrested and crucified. Our savior humbly asked our Heavenly Father to take away the cup from Him, and eventually, He acknowledged God’s will. It wasn’t easy for Jesus, but the angel of God appeared to Him and strengthened Him. Have you ever experienced that moment when you sincerely asked God to change your circumstances? Jesus went through that pain as well. But in those times, God didn’t answer Him. Instead, His angel was there and strengthened Him. You see, God will never abandon you. He will give you strength. He will send His angel.
May you also receive the strength of God, especially in moments when you go through problems and pain.
