Day 47 – Proverbs 16:3
Before you do anything, put your trust totally in God and not in yourself. Then every plan you make will succeed.

Trust God in everything that you do. Don’t just remember Him every time you encounter problems. Include Him in the planning stage. Consult His word so that you will always be guided. Sometimes, we just think of God when we need some help, but we never really include Him along the process. So never forget Him. Put your trust in Him and not on your own understanding. Stop relying on your own knowledge and skills. You need the wisdom of God, and only Him can guide you to the right path. When you entirely rely on God’s power in your life, you will see that your plans will succeed.

Every time I came across this, I feel like God is talking to me, telling me what should I do to feel better, to make the right choices and to make me feel better. I know God is always with me especially in my lowest. I hope I’ll never forget that. Thank you for this daily devotion. May God bless you and your loved ones abundantly. Amen.
