Don’t expect for a Relationship to last if you didn’t even invest enough time for it
Every relationship is a two-way process. It won’t work if only one will make time for it. It’s true in different kinds of relationships – family, friends, partners, and above all, with God. You need to invest enough time so that it will grow stronger. Remember that we all experience changes in life, we learn new things, and we go through different challenges. The situation that we face will transform our perspective and our character. So if we won’t do something with our relationships, then we will surely grow apart from the people we love.
Remember that real treasures can’t be found in the material things you can acquire. They may give you temporary pleasures, but they won’t last forever. Your relationships with other people and God are something that you can take with you even through eternity. It’s the kind of treasure that will never be taken away from you.
Make an effort to grow closer to the arms of God. It’s the most important relationship you could ever have here on earth. If your relationship with Him is stronger than anyone else, then you will be able to overcome whatever problems you face. Spend time with Him in your prayer time. Don’t just talk to Him when you need help. Make it a daily habit. Don’t start your day without consulting and connecting to Him. Treat Him as your top priority. And everything in your life will be blessed. In Him, you will receive hope and so many favors. Put Him at the center, and all your other relationships will prosper. He alone knows how to make your life even better. His love will teach you how to genuinely serve others.
Spend more time with your family and friends. Create more memories with them. Don’t trade your relationships for the sake of temporary gain. There’s nothing wrong with acquiring more wealth for the people you love. But you need to balance your time. Pray for God’s wisdom so that He will teach you how to serve and love the people around you. Find some time to talk to them and help them with things that they need. Remember that you can never turn back time, and just like you, the people you love are also growing and learning new things. So you need to catch up and be more intentional with them.
Your relationships are like plants that you need to take good care and nourish. It is built through memories and time. It takes patience and perseverance to make it grow and prosper. It won’t happen instantly. Most of the time, it takes hard work and commitment to make it even stronger. So try to evaluate your schedule right now. Are you giving your relationships enough time and effort? Please don’t waste what you have. Remember that they are gifts from God. So choose to treasure them with the best that you can.
