Don’t miss the Lesson that God wants you to Learn in your Waiting Season
You need to learn so many things first before you receive the exact blessings that God prepared for you. So before you complain and rush your timeline, try to look at yourself first and evaluate the areas you need to improve. God’s blessings will be wasted if you don’t know how to handle them. While you are still in the waiting season, pray for a humble heart that’s willing to learn new things from God. It will not be easy. There will be seasons of brokenness and pain, but the more you acknowledge the sovereignty of God in your life, the more you will realize that there are still so many things that you need to work on. You may find yourself getting so tired along the process, but know that God will give you the strength you need.
The waiting season is the time of growth and maturity. It will never be boring as long as you maximize the resources that God provided for you. If you keep on trying new things while you wait, you will also learn more about God and His ways. He will lead you to handle responsibilities, and it will make you grow into a better person. He will give you the tasks that will change the way you see things and help you become mature in your faith. So don’t be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone. Make the most of this season. Keep walking and listening to the voice of God, for He will be the one to lead you to the perfect place that He prepared for you.
Learn to appreciate the lessons behind the things that God is doing in your life. Maybe you find it hard to adjust and treasure your moment because all you see are the difficulties and problems. But if you will only focus on the good things your Heavenly Father did in your life, you will slowly be reminded of His great power and wonderful promises. Just fix your eyes on things that will build you up and not pull you down. Know that God is doing the best things for you. One day, you will learn to thank God for everything He is doing in your life, including those seasons when you can’t understand Him.
Sometimes, it’s not about the blessings that you’ve been waiting for, but it’s more about the unforgettable experiences that you have with God that make the journey more fulfilling on the inside. You will realize that the miracles that He did with you along the process are more than enough for you to say that you already have what you wanted. And the blessings that you’ve been waiting for are nothing compared to the lessons you learn all throughout your days with Him. The kindness and love you feel inside make the waiting season more valuable than the temporary success of this world.
