Don’t Wait until you Lose everything before you learn to be Content

You don’t have to own expensive cars or build big mansions before you decide to be happy. It’s a choice that you need to make every single day. Remember that earthly wealth is so fleeting, and if you depend on your happiness based on what you have, you will live a miserable life. Don’t wait until you lose all your money and health before you learn to be content. You are surrounded by so many blessings. And it’s not about the expensive things you have, but it’s all about finding joy even in the simplest miracles. Look unto God, and He will teach you how to see the world around you. He will open your eyes so that you will realize the things that matter most at the end of the day.

Your temporary riches can never satisfy the thirst in your heart. Even if you have a lot of money or have everything you want, nothing can still compare to a life founded in genuine love. And you can only discover what joy really means in the arms of God, not in the company of those people who will just break your heart. So focus on things that will take you to eternity. There’s nothing wrong in gaining earthly, but if your intention is to fill the emptiness inside your heart, then you will just end up in the wrong direction. Use what you have to glorify our Heavenly Father and not to quench your selfish desires.

Seek your satisfaction in the arms of God. His perfect love alone can take away the emptiness in your heart. He will make you whole and complete. And in Him, you will discover the reason why you are here on earth. So come to Him and ask for some help. You are not alone in this journey. Stop relying on your own knowledge and strength. Let God guide you. Open your heart, and His love will overflow. If you just allow Him to teach you, you will slowly learn to be happy even in simple things.

God’s blessings are not just about the material things you receive but also about the treasures you can’t afford to lose, such as your loved ones and the favors that He poured out in your life. Focus on the unseen blessings around you because those kinds of wealth can never be stolen. They will stay in your heart, and they will teach you how to be contented.
