Embrace reality and God will teach you how to Understand Things in your life

Reality will not always be what you expect it to be. Most of the time, the things in your life will happen not the way you want them to be but through uncontrolled events. Unexpected circumstances happen just like how the water on a river just flows so naturally. Sometimes your reality is hard to accept, especially when things are happening too far from how you planned and expected them to be. Sometimes, you will be disappointed and frustrated over something you cannot control because you constantly surround yourself with many what-ifs. You can’t help but think of what you could have done differently, and the results would have been better than what happened. You could not help but feel so broken inside as you expect things to turn out differently.

Embracing reality is easy when everything that happens is great. But it will become tough once things happen as opposed to how you feel towards them. Yet, you have to know and realize that it is acceptable to wonder about things, but it doesn’t mean that you will have to believe in them. Teach your heart how to be flexible in managing things in the future. Always remember that preparedness is about knowing what to do and enabling your mind and heart to accept things.

Letting go starts within you. Accept things and be honest towards them. It will not always be easy at first, and you will feel like resisting them. But do not just stop there. Keep on going and pray about it. Wait until God gives you the wisdom that you need. Allowing God to move in your life involves you and not just Him alone. To see how He will make things happen, you need to see things the way He does first. Through it, you will learn to slowly understand your situation. Accepting your reality does not mean that you will always put weight on them, but it’s a way of seeing more of God’s hands in your life.

Do not worry too much. The process will be worth it. You will not be the same person once you accept how things happen. Just let reality teach you how to be a strong person. Let it teach you how to build courage and faith in God. Turn things in a different point of view, and see how your life could also bless others. Let your reality be a way to see more of God’s ways in you. God will be with you towards the journey. You will become a better version of yourself. So just hang on. His promises will soon turn into a reality.
