God can Turn our Wrong Decisions Into Lessons

There are times in life that we think of things too well yetr end up being disappointed with the results. Moments will make us think of what could have been better or if there is something right to do aside from the decision we made. We cannot avoid but get disappointed in the situation and ourselves. It is hard to be gentle with our own selves when we get so used to thinking of always making the right decisions. However, wrong decisions seem to be unavoidable. Sometimes we can only figure out that bad choices are wrong when we know the results already. We live in this life with an empty plate at first. But, life is something to be filled with and not just a journey of finding the right things to do.

God gave us the authority to think and do things within our authority. The freedom to choose is one of the greatest gifts that He blessed us with. In times when we need to make choices, let us always remember that not all decisions already have the correct answers. Sometimes the results are just results, not to judge if our options are wrong or not, but we are meant to learn from them. Not all of us are given the same amount of knowledge when facing things. Some of us are still figuring out what to do in situations that are unfamiliar to us. That is why let us be gentle with ourselves.

It cannot be avoided that there are people who unfairly judge us for our wrong decisions. There are obvious mistakes, but more of those we don’t know yet. God gave us the ability to choose what we want to do. However, He also gave us a choice to depend on Him and ask for His guidance – knowledge, and wisdom that only Him can fill. He will never withhold that from us. We just need to seek more of Him along the way. Remember that God’s way and plan will prosper. Whatever the results, He will still shower us with His favor. It could be answered prayers or lessons to be learned.

Let us enjoy this life without putting too much meaning on things that would not matter. Let God do His thing. Keep your faith and be truthful in your prayers. Lift up all your burdens and worries to Him. Let faith make you do things that would glorify His name.

God can make our wrong decisions turn into life lessons. He can make our mistakes reflect the things that would help us be gentle and love ourselves more. He will use it to make us depend on Him and to see more of His glory.
