God is Sovereign

Life may throw so many problems and challenges. You may go through seasons of pain and heartaches, but keep this in mind – God is sovereign. It means that His plans and purpose will prevail. You may not easily understand what’s going on. You may have a lot of questions inside but rest in the truth that God will perform miracles. It may not be according to your expectations, but He will continue to do good things in your life despite the wounds in your heart. So don’t act as if everything depends on you. Instead, acknowledge God’s sovereignty and allow Him to move. Open your heart so that you will receive the great things that He prepared for you. God can turn all the bad things in your life into something amazing.

Choose to surrender. God is always in charge. You may feel like things didn’t happen according to your plans and schedules, but know that God is powerful enough to guide you. Sometimes, He allows things to happen so that your heart will be molded. He is transforming you into a better version of yourself. He is bringing out the Christlike character in you. So trust Him and keep your faith. Abide in His plans and know that you are in the right hands. You don’t have to worry about what might happen next. God is our King. It means that His Kingdom will reign no matter what happens. You may not see it because of the difficult situation that you are in. But He is planting the seeds deep in your heart. One day, it will all grow and flourish.

God wants you to experience the best things. He is your loving Father. It means that He won’t allow something to happen that will destroy your soul in the end. He wants you to choose what’s right. And in order for you to do it, you need to go through seasons of pruning. It won’t be that easy. Many times, you’ll get tired and feel exhausted, but keep going. You will someday arrive at the place that God prepared. It’s where you will experience the fullness of His blessings. His ways will lead you to the right track. You may not see the blessings behind the obstacles, but soon, God will open your eyes to the things that He is doing behind the scene.

God purposely designed the perfect path for you. You may think that you know what’s best, but He is the maker of this universe. He knows how things work. He sees what’s ahead, and He is all-knowing. It means that you can never fathom His wisdom. His ways are perfect, and you can’t easily comprehend Him. So instead of asking for some explanation, just allow God to move. Patiently walk along the path that He orchestrated, and cherish your moments with Him. Only then will you slowly realize how mighty and powerful He is.
