God is your Home

When was the last time you feel like you are home?
Maybe some of you experienced it just recently
But other people can no longer remember what it feels like
Because the word home is a very strange word for them

The place that they once called home shattered before their eyes
And it became a very painful part of their memories
The people who supposedly give them comfort
Became their source of pain

It’s heartbreaking to see people
who no longer experience the comfort of home
They feel like they can’t find a safe place where they can rest
And trust is very difficult for them to give
No one can ever describe the pain they feel inside
And they think that no one else can help them

If you feel the same way right now,
Then you need to remember that you have a home
God is your home
You can always find rest in His arms

He is just waiting for you to open your heart
So that He can come in and bring you back home again
You may feel like you are so alone right now
But always remember that God is with you

In Him, you will always feel safe and secured
He will not judge you
He will welcome you with His arms wide open
His love will always be there to comfort you

The world will disappoint you
But God will never fail you
He alone knows what you truly feel inside
When everything is so messed up
When you can’t understand what’s happening
You can always lean in God’s arms

He is everywhere
And wherever you go,
You can always find your home
right in His arms alone
It’s where you belong
