God’s embrace is Warmer than What this World can Give

People may love you with the best that they can, but only God can satisfy your heart. Imperfect humans can never quench the thirst inside. Only your Creator can do it. So if you feel so burdened and alone right now, just come to your loving Father, and He will embrace you. In His presence, you will feel His comfort and peace. He will give you rest. In His arms, you will feel so safe and secure. Focus on Him and not on the temporary riches that you have. This world will disappoint you, but if you set your eyes on His faithfulness, you’ll have the courage that you need to overcome the challenges that you’ll meet along the way. His love and grace will make you feel whole and complete.

Seek God’s comfort and not the temporary love that other people can give. Sometimes, when we feel so down, we tend to look for things that will entertain us just for a moment, or we long for someone to be with us. But we can’t simply depend on other people. Just like you, they are also going through struggles and challenges in life. They also go through brokenness. So instead of expecting somebody else to comfort you, just come to God. Open your heart for His love, and you will experience His warm embrace. Acknowledge the truth that you can’t live this life without Him. 

He is always there for you. He never leaves your side. You may think that He no longer cares for you because He allowed difficult things to happen in your life, but His ways are mysterious. There are moments when you can’t understand what’s going on, and that doesn’t mean God already abandoned you. He stays with you even in times when you can’t feel His presence. He patiently waited for you to come home. His arms are wide open and always ready to give you a big hug. So let Him reign in your heart, and you will live this life with gladness.

God knows what you need in this season. Your loved ones may give you their support, but only God can satisfy the emptiness in your heart. He is aware of the specific thing that you need to deal with. He will give you wisdom. Just choose His love more than anything else. In everything that you do, put Him at the center and align your heart to His will. Only then will you experience the kind of comfort that you can never fathom.
