He Is A Personal God

I don’t really know what’s your relationship with God feels like. But according to what I’ve experienced, He is a very intimate and personal God. Others say that He is a very strict Father, but for me, He is not. My God is very loving and caring. He doesn’t just give me rules and instructions that I need to follow, but He makes me feel accepted and loved despite all the things I’ve committed.  Even though I have many failures, my God never fails to make me feel special and valued.

The creator of this universe loves to deal with your heart. Most of the time, He will make you face the painful past you’ve experienced, not because He wants to remind you about the pain, but He just wanted you to set free from bondage. You will only experience breakthroughs the moment you learn to deal with the things that are keeping you from experiencing it, and that’s the fear inside your heart, which started during those times when you are deeply wounded. God will heal your heart because He knows what it feels like to be in pain. That’s how personal He is. He will enter your heart and help you get rid of the fears inside.

God is here with you. He doesn’t just look at you from afar. If you just open your heart, you will learn to see God’s arms moving in the midst. Whether you believe it or not, God is closer than you think. Sometimes, you can’t feel Him because you focus on the negative things that are happening around you. Learn to surrender and have faith in Him. God never leaves your side. And He will stay and help you no matter what happens.

All this time, God wants to personally connect to you.  He wants you to feel that He loves to spend the rest of the days with you. The circumstances around you force you to think that God is not that interested in you, but if you just open your heart, you will be amazed by how great His love is. It’s wider and deeper than you think.

I pray that you will personally know Him. May you always spend more time with your greatest lover. It’s time for you to build the kind of relationship with God that no one can break. Honestly, I admit that what I know about Him is not enough. I believe that God will still reveal a lot of things that I need to learn. But even if I don’t know everything, what I experienced already feels so fulfilling inside. That’s why my prayer is, may God also encounter you and pour out love upon you that will make you feel satisfied and fulfilled.
