I’m Also A Human

I am just like you
I have doubts
I also feel scared sometimes
I have my weaknesses
And I also feel intimidated

I also have lazy days
And sometimes I just wanted to sleep
Just like you, I also feel the emptiness inside

I may not be able to write all this stuff
if I haven’t experienced it at all
I’m not saying that I’ve been through everything
And that I experience the same thing that you also experienced
What I meant to say is that
I am also a human

I also feel tired
And I have so many fears inside
Sometimes, I am also that person
who doesn’t want to hear any advice

I just want someone to listen to me
And simply release everything I feel
I also have a lot of questions to God
We are all the same

What I mean is we are created
to have emotions and feelings
Maybe God did it purposely
to remind us that only Him can rescue us

Our weaknesses simply remind us
that without Him, we can’t do anything
And only Him can give us enough strength
The only thing that keeps me going is because of His grace

I’ll just keep on reminding myself
That God is always enough
That no matter how painful this life may be,
I know that I always have His love to comfort me

I know I’m not perfect
But I also know that I am loved
Despite all the imperfections that I have

Just like you, I also feel down sometimes
But God is always there to pick me up
And He will also do it in your life
The truth is He never leaves your side
