John 15:20, NIV

If you believe that you are a follower of Christ, then expect persecution to happen. If Jesus received so many judgments and accusations while He was on earth, then as His servant, you will also go through what your master experienced. It won’t be easy. As you walk along the journey with Him, you will discover that following Him is not about living a life that is free from pain, but it’s about obeying Him even in the midst of persecution and suffering. But even though life with Jesus won’t be that comfortable, rest assured that you will also meet people who will obey and listen to the message that God asked you to preach. Take heart! Your efforts will never be wasted.

I pray that you will stay faithful to Jesus even in the midst of persecution.
