Just Take The Next Step Even If You Feel Scared

We never really know the things that will happen next. This life is always uncertain. And that’s the fact that we all need to accept. But even though there are challenges ahead, you need to take courage and move forward despite the fears you feel inside. Things may appear so scary for you, but your life will not change unless you take the next step. If you wanted to see a bright future ahead, you need to go out of your comfort zone and try new things. Yes, it’s not an easy thing to do. You will find yourself struggling during the first stage, but you will get used to it. And you will learn to endure along the process.

Courage exists because there is fear. And when you feel scared inside, it simply means that God is giving you the opportunity to receive His strength. While you take another step, imagine that God was already there in the next chapter of your life. He already prepared everything that you need. And you will never discover His plans not unless you try to make the first move. God doesn’t require you to take a big step. Just don’t pressure yourself too much. One small step at a time is enough. Just be consistent. And when you feel so scared, just trust that God is always holding your hands. He will catch you when you fall down.

Know that God is building your character. He wants to develop your endurance so that you will find yourself bravely fighting instead of feeling so weak when you face difficult situations in life. When God asks you to move forward, then trust that He knows what He is doing. He will not ask you to do something useless. At the end of the day, His purpose will always prevail, and you will learn to appreciate His ways when you go through the process. God is rooting for you. He created you in the first place. That’s why He knows that you can do it.

Let your faith in God be greater than your fears.  Trust Him more than your feelings. You will never be disappointed in His presence. Yes, you will face hardships in life. But your efforts will always be worth it in the end. You will see the light ahead. And trust that one day, you will no longer find it hard to take the next step because you know that God is always with you and He will never leave you.
