Let your Actions be an Expression of your Faith
What you do to other people reflects who your God is. So if you wanted to share His great love, then try to consider how you act to others. Let them know what it means to love and serve by treating them well. What you do to them can be an expression of your faith. You may think that nobody sees you, but the truth is, people will notice your actions, and they will see if what you believe in is true or not based on the transformations that are happening in your life. Be a living testimony of God’s great power and redemption. You may not see the impact of your actions in an instant, but soon you will realize that everything that you do for God’s glory is never wasted.
Treat other people like how God treated you. Remember His goodness, especially in moments when you are surrounded by difficult people. Just be patient with them and know that they are created in God’s image. So you need to respect and honor them despite the things that they did to you. Imagine how patient God is every time you commit mistakes. He never condemned you or made you feel like a stranger. Instead, He chose to forgive and love you. He remained faithful to you all this time. So be kind to other people and show them who God is.
Learn to serve others. Sometimes, this is challenging, especially when people fail to appreciate your value as a person. But know that what you do to others, you also do it to God. So if you choose to accept and help them, then it means that you also honor God despite the negative things you encounter. Your service to other people will never be in vain because only then will they be able to see and testify the kind of faith that you have deep inside. They will realize what faith is all about by the simple yet genuine kindness you offer them.
Remember that you are the light of this world. So keep hoping and never stop believing in the power of God. Always think of the brighter side, and your perspective in life will motivate other people to also think of the blessings around them. And that’s how you can positively share your faith with those who are struggling. By reminding them about the good things that happened in their lives and genuinely serving them, you are also introducing to them who your God is.
