Let your Peace be so Expensive that Nobody else can Steal it
You have the freedom to make your own choices. Know that people can’t disturb you as long as you know how to manage your emotions and the things that are happening around you. Remember that the peace of God is always available, and all you need to do is receive it and learn to make boundaries. Let the peace you have inside be so expensive that other people can’t easily steal it. Treasure it more than the riches that you acquire here on earth. Remember that it is something that you can’t buy from others. It’s expensive than you think. So don’t allow other people’s behavior to destroy your precious life. Think of the good things that you wanted to happen, and focus on dealing with what’s on the inside.
Set boundaries. You can’t give all your time to everyone. You need to list down your priorities and make sure that God is at the center. Spend time with Him every single day and limit the things that will just lead you to think of your doubts and worries. Fix your eyes on the goodness of God, and you will be reminded to thank Him for every blessing you receive. Protect yourself from stress and toxic people. If you feel so tired and weak, then come to God, and He will give you strength. Don’t forget that you are just human. You have your own limitations in life.
You can never please everyone. So stop worrying about what other people might think. Please God instead. And He will lead you to a place where you will find yourself growing and learning new things. In Him, you will never feel condemned. He will wrap His arms around you, and you will receive His unexplainable grace. So focus on His love and not on the unfair treatments that you receive from others. They may judge you for your mistakes, but God will always be there to help you stand. He will give you rest even in moments when you feel so weak.
Be rooted in your identity in the Lord, and you will experience a peace that surpasses all understanding. If you build your foundation in His presence, no one else can ever disturb your peace. You will no longer listen to the lies of the enemy because you already know who you truly are in the eyes of God. The negative things around you will never make you feel weak because you simply rely on His great power and grace.
