Life Is Hard, But Living Life Without God Is Even Harder

Living in this imperfect world will make you realize that life is not easy. There are days when you need to do your best to survive. Trials and storms will be there. There may be joy and excitement, but pain and tears are also present. This is the reality that we are living in. We just can’t get everything we want. Sometimes, we need to work hard for it. This is why we need grace. If we will just rely on what we can do, then the time will come when we will be exhausted. In the end, we need God’s blessings to sustain us throughout the journey.

Living without God’s presence feels like hope is so limited. Life without Him is meaningless. It’s like you are just following your own path, and you are making yourself the ruler of your life. You make decisions out of your own experiences, thinking that it’s the only thing that will empower and boost your confidence. You will never know if what you are doing aligns with your Creator because you never consulted Him in the first place. Life only revolves around your own will and dreams. It may involve people and loving others, but you won’t discover its true essence unless you align with your Maker. He is the source of meaning. He knows the reason why you are here.

In fact, He is the one who will teach you what love truly means. Other people may let you feel accepted, but God will complete the missing pieces. He will teach you how to love and surrender your desires for the sake of others. The sacrifices that you offer will make sense because it’s Him who will open the eyes of your heart and teach you to appreciate the treasures behind the suffering. It’s His love that will make you feel whole again. And when you accept Him in your life, the challenges and storms you face become manageable. It’s still difficult, but His wisdom and strength will be the reason why you will make it in the end.

Life feels a lot more fulfilling when you feel God’s presence every single day. It doesn’t mean you will no longer experience pain, but in every obstacle that you face, God’s grace and favor will accompany you. His light will be there just like how the sun never gets tired of shining. You can trust in His love even in the midst of pain. You can lean on His shoulders when you feel weak and burdened. Your life with Him will be worth it in the end.
