Live by Grace and Not just by Works

Always remember that it’s God’s grace that leads to experience more of His blessings. It’s not just about the things that you do or the efforts that you exert. Everything that you receive from God is a manifestation of His unfailing mercy and love. So do not boast about the good works that you did for God’s Kingdom. Remember that you can never accomplish something if God didn’t give you the favor that you need. So bring Him all the glory and honor, for He simply deserves all the praises. Instead of focusing on your own accomplishments, set your eyes on the good things that God did in your life. Acknowledge His hands and allow yourself to embrace more of His love so that you can be a vessel to those people who need healing.

God’s grace will remind you to stay humble in His presence. It will give you a grateful heart that chooses to rejoice in His ways and not on your own strength. It is like a powerful force that will keep you safe no matter how many storms you will face. His grace will bring you closer to His heart. And only then will you receive more of His compassion and mercy. It will motivate you to serve others without asking for anything in return. That’s how powerful God is. So never forget that you need Him. Keep in mind that He is the reason why you experience so many victories in life.

Let your good works be an act of surrender and not just a commitment you want to fulfill. Let your service to God be a reminder to others that there is still hope in life. Don’t make sacrifices just for the sake of obeying His word, but may it become a thanksgiving offering that brings incense to His throne. Let your heart be filled with His boundless love, and you will never find it hard to help those people who are in need.

Living by grace means that you stopped relying on your own strength. Instead, you move according to God’s will. You depend on His love and choose to follow Him not because you are obliged to do it but because you are compelled by the amazing grace and mercy you received from Him. Staying in His love is more rewarding than doing good works out of selfish ambitions. Living in His grace is worth it than offering sacrifices just by your own effort.
