Losing can be an excellent opportunity for growth

Learning has never been so valuable till you reach the point in life wherein you are responsible for your own actions. You fight and live your everyday life full of making decisions and weighing what to and what not to do. You may also have difficult times choosing what needs to be done and what is the best thing to do. You can be put in a situation where you expect things to unfold the way you hope to be, only to discover that changes can also happen. It is hard to accept things when they are not what we hope and pray for them to be. It is painful to comprehend situations in life that we never see coming our way. It can also break our hearts when we know that we are not only the one who is hurting but also someone we love.

This life is filled with ups and downs. But you have to remember that you are not only a one-sided human; you can have different sides. You have a negative and positive side to you. You are also capable of making good decisions and not-so-good ones. You can also win a battle or lose part of yourself in it. You can be successful or have to define success with different means. You can be victorious, or you just have to learn how to embrace life maturely. It is unavoidable that your flaws will expose your vulnerabilities in all you do. It is either you take a stand, or you fall. You may lose, but you can get up once again.

Believe when God will tell you that He has prepared everything for you. When you are in a transitioning phase of your life, God will take that as an opportunity to cultivate, prune, and change you for you to grow. That phase in your life is what God wants to use for you to be the better version of yourself. There are times that this phase will expose you to all that you are. You never expect yourself to be all the things, but it will also be an opportunity for you to know yourself better. Learn how important and loved you are by Him. He does not only provide for you, but He also wants you to grow. He wants to provide you the best. Although sometimes we may not be able to understand His ways fully.

Remember that losing is not you but only a part of God’s plan for you. It is when you become vulnerable and God’s perfect timing to change you. When it happens, it means that something bigger is coming for you. You have not been left alone; he is with you all the time. It is okay to feel weak and be shy with our shortcomings. It is definitely fine when you can’t win a battle you work so hard for because it only means that He is transitioning you. He is changing you for the better you. But sometimes, the changes will not always feel so comfortable, yet remember His great plans for you. Have in heart and in your mind, in Him rest the victory. In Him, you will win even before you fight.
