My God is with me

Declare this today
God is protecting me
He is guiding me to the right path
Leading me to good opportunities

He surrounds me with favor
His grace is always there
To rescue me from the darkness
And comfort me with His words

His hands are making ways
I may not see Him move
I may sometimes not feel His presence
But He never leaves me alone

He knows when I’m sad
He lifts me up when I feel so weak
His peace gives me rest
My God is powerful

He can do all things
He can transform my heart
And change the way I see things
For there is always hope

His promises are enough
I know I will be okay
I may not be perfect
But I know that God loves me

He sees my heart
He appreciates my life
I am His child; I know my identity
That enemy cannot dictate

God will rescue me from darkness
Will redeem me from brokenness
He will make me whole
Be one with Him and His love

I know that one day,
I will see Him face to face
Because my God is with me
No matter what happens
