Rest In His Presence

God’s arms will comfort you
His love will give you peace
And His joy will be your strength

If you are too tired
And so broken inside
Just close your eyes

Imagine that He is holding your hands
He is sitting beside you
And He is collecting all your tears

Just rest in His presence
Lean on His shoulders
And cry out everything to Him

He is listening
He knows your pain
And He will give you courage

God will wait
Until you are ready
To take another step

But until then
Just pause for a while
And embrace His amazing grace
