Romans 8:26, NIV

There are days in our lives when we feel like we are losing hope. Darkness is all around us, and we find it hard to overcome our problems, but God’s Spirit is always there to help us with our weaknesses. When we can’t find the words to say to God, the Spirit Himself will intercede for us. So just cry out to God. Go to Him and connect to His heart. Don’t worry about the words that you need to say. The Spirit will be there to help you. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed. The God of this universe is making a way so that you can communicate with Him.
