Sometimes, behind every Goodbye is a Chance for you to experience God’s Peace

Not all goodbyes are sad. Sometimes it gives you the chance to take some rest and experience God’s peace. At first, it feels so uncomfortable, but the moment you open your heart and mind to the lessons, you will realize that goodbyes are so important in your life. You just need to allow God to teach you how to see your situation the way He sees them.

There is a blessing behind every ending. It may be so painful and heart-breaking sometimes, but when you patiently go through the process, you will realize that it’s worth it. Not everyone we meet or everything we experience is good for us. Sometimes, we need to let go of certain things or people so that we will grow and become better people. We need to say goodbye to the things that will keep us away from God’s peace.

There will be seasons when God will challenge you to say goodbye to certain people. And it’s not that He wants to break your heart, but He just wants to keep you away from toxic people that affect your life in ways you are not aware of. They are those who will bring you down when you are at the top. People who will discourage you instead of lifting you up. You need to walk away from those who will fill your thoughts with negative things. Saying goodbye to them will lead you to hear God’s voice. When you give yourself some time to focus on Him, then your life will be so much better.

Aside from that, you also need to say goodbye to a certain place, especially those that affect your peace. When you are surrounded by too many distractions, you can’t help but focus on them. You’ll miss God’s calling and purpose. So if He will ask you to say goodbye to a certain opportunity, then it means that He prepared something better. He will surely lead you to a place where you can find yourself – a place where you won’t be tempted to listen to the lies of the enemy. Instead, you will be able to receive the identity that God gave you.

God works in every season even if it seems so painful. Sometimes, goodbye is a blessing in disguise. It hurts at first but later on, you will see the wonderful miracles that God is doing behind the scene. By saying goodbye to certain people and places, you will discover more of God’s love and peace. You will find some time to treasure and cease every moment. It takes courage to end something in life, but every ending is a new beginning that God wants you to cherish.
