Sometimes, you need to make an Effort to Learn things in Life
Lessons could come into your life for free, and they could come in different forms depending on your season. It could come after making a big decision, going through a difficult path, and being able to have a teachable heart. It could also come after meeting people, knowing their stories, understanding their struggles, and admiring their strength in building courage despite the fear of the outcome. Life lessons are vital since they will guide you in your next journey. Most of the time, they don’t come with a price, but they need time and silence to be heard and processed within you. You need to understand and look more closely at it.
Try to be alone with your thoughts. Replay what you’ve been through and look closely at what certain experience has taught you. Do not just be too biased with your voice. Look at how you are being molded. God may let people in your life play a specific role. They could come as someone who helps you develop yourself more, or they could help you learn how to love yourself more. He is with you on that journey. He wants you to look closely because sometimes, how God will speak to you through the things you are facing. The process is essential. But it doesn’t mean that you will only look after what you must. He also wants you to enjoy and live that moment.
Trying to learn things in life sometimes will require you to break the boundaries you have set to protect yourself. Maybe you have been through an experience that forces you to always protect yourself. You decided to create a wall of protection and comfort that you allowed no one else to break. However, there will be lessons in your life where it will take an effort to break that wall for you to learn how to forgive those who have wronged you
It won’t be easy. Sometimes, you need to stop patching your pain and let it break to create a new and stronger version of yourself. Do not worry. In that journey, God will always be with you. He won’t hurry you, but He will do everything to lead you back to Him. He loves you so much that He also wants you to see that love within you.
Learning the lessons you need requires attention, time, and effort. God will not force you to learn something, but if your life situations constantly repeat the same thing, you need to look closely and apply the lessons learned. Nothing actually stops you from growing. You just need to make an effort to figure out what you are really learning and eventually have the courage to apply them.
