Sometimes, you will only Discover God’s will as you go through the Process

You won’t always receive the fullness of God’s plans in an instant. Most of the time, you need to go through along the journey and slowly discover glimpses of His perfect will. So don’t be disappointed if you don’t know yet your exact purpose here on earth. Just continue to walk with God and patiently go through the process with Him. He will slowly reveal to you the things that He prepared as you learn the perfect lessons that you need. Let the obstacles that you face lead you to discover God’s plans. Behind every problem is an opportunity for you to discover your potential. And when you have an idea about the things that you can do, you will then realize the path that God wants you to take.

You can’t fully receive His will if your mind and heart are not yet ready. He needs to do something to prepare you. That’s why He takes you on a journey where you can learn and grow. You will be overwhelmed if He reveals everything to you in one setting. There’s a tendency that you will step back and feel scared. So, He needs to build your faith first. You need to have the kind of heart that’s always willing to trust and depend on Him. He walks with you along the journey and teaches you how to adjust in every season that you are in. He builds the muscles that will help you fight against the enemy’s temptation. In such a way, you will also learn to manage your thoughts and emotions.

The process of discovering His will is not easy. You need to consistently step outside your comfort zone. He would often ask you to try things you’ve never tried before. He will introduce you to new people and take you to different seasons. In those moments, your character will be developed. You will go through a series of brokenness and pain because He will deal with the past wounds that you experienced. Many times, your tears will fall, and you will ask so many questions. But even if you can’t understand what He is doing, all you need to do is trust Him. You may not appreciate His ways at first, but the moment you overcome every season that He allowed you to go through, your eyes will then see the blessings behind those difficult moments.

Just be patient as you walk along the journey. Things will make sense in the end. You may only receive pieces of the puzzle as of the moment, but you will discover the bigger picture as you continue your path with God. He is slowly opening your eyes. He is giving your heart and mind the chance to grow and mature. Don’t worry. He will take good care of you. He won’t take you on a journey that will destroy your soul in the end. Everything that He is doing will lead you to His perfect will.
