I was reading Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend’s book called “Boundaries,” and I stumbled upon this realization that hurt and harm are different. He mentioned about a story of a man who was having a hard time setting his boundaries simply because he didn’t understand the difference between hurt and harm. Proverbs 15:28 Your words will either make or break somebody’s heart, so you really need to be careful. Think before you speak. If you believe that you are still occupied with negative emotions inside, then it’s better not to say anything at all. Remember that the things that come out from your mouth come from your heart.
