“and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them. Luke 2:7, NIV Jesus was born in a manger. He is the Son of God, yet He enters this world with humility. Sometimes, it’s so easy for us to complain about the difficult situations of this world, not knowing that our Savior Himself was born in a place where animals live. Let’s not forget to be grateful for the blessings that we receive from God. We are surrounded by His abundant resources. So let’s make use of everything that we have.…

Sometimes, your Increase comes after the mess
Where no oxen are, the manger is clean, but much revenue comes by the strength of the ox. Proverbs 14:4, NIV In the past years, farmers used oxen to help them yield a bountiful harvest. But before they receive great revenue, they still need to take good care of them and put them in the manger. And when the oxen are inside the manger, farmers are expected to see a mess and a dirty place that they need to clean from time to time. But despite this messy place, the farmers expect the oxen to do the work in their field. Their strength is really a great help for them.…
