Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. 1 corinthians 9:24, NIV Our life is sometimes like a race. We need to discipline ourselves and stay committed in order to get the prize. There are moments when we need to sacrifice our selfish desires so that we will gain the crown that will last forever.
