Take the Time you need and Regain your Strength
Stop pressuring yourself. Go, find some rest and take the time you need. Do the things that you love and regain your strength. Life will never stop giving you challenges, and what you need to do is find time to recharge and build your foundation inside. Do not be too focused on the things that you want to happen. You need to take a break. Do it not just for yourself but also for those people who love you. Save yourself from stress. Look for things that will make you feel relaxed and relieved. Feed your soul. Nourish your heart. Think of positive thoughts. Remember that your physical health will be affected if you are mentally unstable.
Find comfort in the arms of God. In Him, you will receive the kind of strength that will take you to different places. He will make you feel whole and complete. So seek Him and keep your faith. Remind yourself of His promises. Know that He will fulfill the words that He said. Let Him embrace you with His unfailing love. Open your heart so that He can come in and heal the wounds inside. Treat Him as your home. When you feel so lost and tired, just call upon His name, and He will be there to carry you. He is your loving Father, and He loves you so much.
Remember that you can’t fully serve others if you don’t know how to take good care of yourself. You can’t give what you don’t have. If you want to make a difference in a person’s life, then you need to have enough strength. So love yourself first, and you will learn to extend that love to others. Check your thoughts and the things that are going on in your life. Acknowledge your emotions because it’s the only way to face them. Keep yourself away from toxic people. Give your heart some time to be free from bitterness and anger. Surround yourself with those who can remind you of your true identity in the Lord. Learn to ask for help if you think that you can’t make it.
You are allowed to take some rest. Do not deprive yourself of the things that will revive your soul and spirit. Do not condemn yourself every time you choose to take a break from achieving all your plans in life. It’s okay to just sit for a while and sleep. Do whatever it is that will motivate you to keep going. Enjoy your journey. And when you feel so exhausted, know that you can pause for a while and give yourself some time to recover.
