The Peace That Calms My Heart

Uncertainties are part of life
I can never control it
What I can do is learn to trust
Even if I can’t see what’s ahead

I may face challenges
Life may throw so many problems
But God will be my assurance
He is the peace that calms my heart

He is the sun that gives me light
God is the one who will provide
I don’t know what tomorrow brings
But I will keep my faith in Him

My days on earth may not be perfect
But I know that it’s always worth it
For God’s love is always there
And He will give me rest
