Keep the word
Inside your head
Hold it
Even just for a moment

Wait until
Your feelings subside
Don’t speak
Not until your heart is calm

Your emotions
Can lead you to release words
That will break
Somebody’s heart

So be patient
Remain Silent
Wait until your anger fades
Go to your room
And cry out everything

And when you are ready
When the tension is no longer there
Then that’s the perfect time to speak
That’s when you can effectively
