This World Is Just Our Temporary Home
Do everything for the glory of God. Remember that everything in this world will fade away. God alone will remain, and He will stay forever. Sometimes, because we are fully occupied with our works and the things that need to be done, we tend to forget that the place we live in is just our temporary shelter. We do things as if our life will never end. And we make decisions as if we are certain of the things that will happen tomorrow. We fail to recognize the truth that our life here on earth will never last forever. One day, we will all go back in the arms of the one who made us.
So while you are still here on earth, use your time to nourish your relationship with your heavenly Father. Spend more time with Him and never stop praying. Keep your faith and choose to believe in His great love for you. Embrace His presence every day so that you will not feel lost and empty. Treat Him as your closest friend. He is always there to comfort you. Grow in His presence and take good care of your soul. You can never bring with you the riches that you acquired here on earth. But your relationship with God will stay even through eternity.
Do your best but do not focus on the wealth that you will gain. Instead, do everything to honor God’s name. Use your talents and skills to bless other people. Share the goodness of God to others, and never keep it on your own. You may find it difficult to love those who caused you pain, but remember that what you feel is just temporary. Instead of allowing the bitterness to reign, choose to honor God by simply releasing forgiveness to them. Let His love guide you in everything that you will do. Make the most of what you have, and cherish your precious time here on earth by serving those who need help.
The pain and the challenges that you are facing will never last forever. This world may appear so broken, but when the time is right, God will bring you to the perfect place where you will feel so secured and protected. He will give you rest, and He will wipe away the tears in your eyes. So, endure the hardships you are going through right now because everything will be worth it one day.
