Warning: So Much Stress Will Silently Kill You

If you are going through so much stress right now. If you can’t stop worrying about the things that are out of your control. If you are going through some anxiety attacks because of so much pressure around you, then you need to stop and be aware of this.

Stress will silently kill you.

You need to know that it is a deadly thing. Your body will be affected if your mind is too bombarded with so many things. That’s why you need to relax and try to give yourself some time to rest. You are not a robot. You are a human being. We all have limits. That’s why listen to what your body is saying to you before it’s too late.

There are a lot of people who are suffering various illnesses because of stress. May it be in work, in school or even inside the home. Nobody is exempted. We all have the tendency to feel stressed and worried. But we always have the freedom to choose to worry or not.

Sometimes, we get so stressed because we keep on worrying about the things that we can’t control. We tried to think about the possible solution and we feel like we own the whole responsibility. But the truth is, we can’t carry all the burdens of this world. We don’t have all the solutions that we need.

Don’t exchange your health over money. You can always find money but you can’t easily restore your health. Our body is a gift from God so please don’t just easily destroy it. If you want to experience more of this life, then you need to take good care of yourself. Stop worrying. Stop thinking about the negative things. Look unto God, in Him you can always find rest.

If you are so stressed, you are not just the only one who will suffer but also the people around you. What you feel inside will manifest on the outside. One way or another, people will also notice your negative emotions and feelings. And even our relationship with our loved ones will also be affected, because we are so exhausted, we will find it hard to show our love and care to them.

In order for you to be relieved from stress, you need to learn how to surrender. Don’t just carry all the burden on your own. Jesus said in His word, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Surrender all your worries and cares to God for He knows what to do and He alone holds the answer.
