When you Realize that you are Loved by God

Your life will never be the same the moment you encounter God’s unfailing love. Your perspective will change. You will also learn to look at yourself the way He sees you. When that happens, you will approach your life with a victorious mind set. The situations that you will face can no longer trap you from coming back to the place that He rescued you from.

His love is powerful. It serves as a driving force for you to move forward despite of the challenges you experienced. He will give you peace and rest inside. It’s like a bright light in the middle of the dark path. So take your time to embrace the presence of God. Let His love consume your heart and take away all the bitterness inside.

If you know that you are loved by God, you will not take the circumstances around you as your enemy. You won’t easily feel disappointed every time you encounter problems because you know who you are from the inside out. When you believe with all your heart that God accepts you, then you will have the confidence to keep going. You will no longer seek the approval of other people. Instead, His joy will become your source of strength.

We are all created with space in our hearts that only God can fill. That’s why, no matter how much you try to look for ways on how to satisfy the longing you have, you will always end up broken and empty if you will not seek the love of God. He alone can make you feel whole and complete. Remember that He is our creator and without Him, our lives will be meaningless.

His love will become a guide for you on how to treat others. Your relationships will change the moment you discover the ways of God. He will teach you how to be compassionate and caring to the difficult people around you. It won’t be easy. There will be moments when you need to die for yourself so that others will live. You need to let go of your pride so that you can humbly serve them. It’s like an everyday battle. You need to fight your selfish desires so that you can share the love that God poured out in your life. There will be days when you need to forget your own pain just to support others. It’s a happy sacrifice. You will go through difficulties but the journey is worth it because only then will you experience more of God’s power and mercy.

The unfailing love of our Heavenly Father teaches you how to love without expectations. It gives you the courage to keep on loving the people that broke your heart. His love leads you to forgive those people who hurt you. So do not rely on your own strength. Look unto God and allow His love to fully consume your wounded heart. Humbly acknowledge the truth that you need His presence more than ever. The temporary pleasures of this world can never satisfy you.  It’s God who can give you the chance to experience a life worth living.
