You can Always share to Jesus all your Frustrations

Jesus can be your best friend. You can tell Him all the things that bother you. He will understand because He also experienced how it feels like to be human. He also went through frustrating events while He was still here on earth. So don’t carry all the negative emotions inside your heart, especially the frustrations that you feel towards other people and yourself. Release them in the presence of your Savior, and He will give you the peace that you need. He will comfort you. Sometimes, it’s not according to your expectations, but He is there mending the broken pieces of your hearts. He is wiping all your tears, and He knows how it feels like to be frustrated.

Be honest to Him. You can recall the situation that you experienced and how you perceive it. You can reflect on your actions and your perspective. Share to Him the negative emotions that you have, and do not withhold yourself from releasing what you truly feel. In such a way, you will slowly see Jesus, not just your Savior and God, but also a close friend and a lover. Your relationship with Him will help you see better perspectives about your life. When you become vulnerable in His presence, you will also hear His voice. If that happens, you will receive His instructions on how to handle your frustrations.

He will listen to the words that you can’t express. Be vulnerable and know that He will not judge or condemn you. He is not just looking at your actions, but He is after your heart. He looks at the reason why you are doing certain things in life. So before you judge yourself, try to consult God and let Him be your friend. Give Him the chance to comfort and guide you. Allow His love to come in, and He will make you feel accepted despite your imperfections. He will help you. Don’t keep everything inside. You will only feel so alone and burdened if you walk on your own. Depend on His goodness and grace so you will no longer be ashamed to show your weaknesses.

Learn to process what you feel in the presence of Jesus. Ask for His wisdom and love. Pray that He will reveal to you the right perspective. Talk to Him like a friend. You may not physically see Him, but He is making changes in your heart. Listen to His voice, and you will appreciate His revelations. He will comfort you, and after that, He will lead you to the small steps that you can do to ease what you feel. The Holy Spirit will intervene and move inside your broken heart.
