You can be yourself in the eyes of GOD –vulnerable and broken

Laughter and sadness come in a package in our lives. Our everyday living comprises both sides of the story, happiness and despair. In times of joy, we rejoice and laugh. In times of sadness, we weep and cry, but this umbrella is our very core of being a human. Being vulnerable is something not all of us are willing to show to others. We protect our weak side from being exposed to people and situations that we deem harmful and may disturb our peace.

But please do remember, there’s one thing that you have to see. One thing is that you should open your eyes and know that you can find peace amidst everything you have been going through right now. May you let God in your life. Open your heart to Him. You can tell Him everything. You can tell everything that even yourself is not proud of to hear. He never judges you for your flaws and faults. He never condemns you for failing and for being defeated. He listens well to you. He loves to hear you call Him and ask for him.

He is like call away friend. God is always on standby. He always waits for you. Remember that He knows you when you feel like no one is listening to you. When you feel like no one understands you, remember that He does. When you feel broken and helpless, remember that He cares for you. God is a Father that wants us to know that we deserve to love with worth. No one can value you as much as He could. Just take a pause and see everything that surrounds you. All the living that He created shows its wonders every day. So are you.

So please remember, it is not a shame to be vulnerable. Crying is not a sign of weakness; remind yourself that you will feel whatever there is in you. Validate your feelings and tell them to God. Just be transparent in Him. You don’t have to carry everything and heal everything alone. Let God cleanse your heavy feeling and let Him heal you deeply. Know that no one can understand as much as God can. Know that He can help and heal you.

God loves you so much. More than you can comprehend and understand. He is the ultimate constant giver of love. His love for you never runs out. When you feel lost, let your step find its way through His word. Ask God to direct you to the path that He prepared for you. Open your heart to His word. Welcome Him not just in joy and celebration but also in pain and in sadness. God loves to be with you always. God’s joy loves you. His happiness is giving and doing your favors. Every time your thoughts creep you out, remember the identity that you found in God’s love. Remind yourself that you are not your thoughts. And the truth of you is what God sees in you.
