You can never Deny your wounds in the Presence of God
God is more concerned with your heart than your physical appearance. So if He reveals the things that you need to deal with, then choose to follow Him and do not deny what you feel. You can’t hide your pain from God. He is your Creator, and He knows what’s going on. If you think that He is breaking your heart, then remind yourself that the healing process is always painful. But you need to be patient and let Him mend your wounds. He is the best doctor. He can powerfully restore and renew your heart, so keep your faith and surrender in His presence.
Do not carry the pain on your own. Depend on the power of God, and never forget to believe in His promises. Fix your eyes on Him, and you will have the courage to face your wounds. At first, it feels so hard to admit the truth that you are so broken, but the moment you allow God to do the mending, you will then feel secure and relieved.
Your loving Father wants to build your foundation. And part of the process is dealing with the roots of your pain. It won’t be easy because He will ask you to go back to the first time you experienced it, and He will slowly open your eyes to the things you didn’t notice. God will give you a better perspective. He will let you discover His hands during those moments when you are so devastated.
Sometimes, you won’t understand the things that are going on deep inside. But you need to trust His ways even if you can’t see anything. Keep holding His hands and believe with all your heart that He is leading you to the right way. After the healing process will be breakthroughs and victories. So keep moving and choose to persevere.
Be humble in the presence of God. Know that He accepts your imperfections. Just allow Him to teach and mold you into a better person. Let Him take away the bitterness that you feel. Let His grace give you the courage to go through the healing process. Never deny what you truly feel. Acknowledge them and embrace the love of God. Let Him remind you of His mercy and goodness. Stop trying to heal the wounds on your own. You are not a healer.
Submit your pain to your Creator, and He will make you whole. Remind yourself that you can’t live this life on your own. You need God’s salvation and His guidance. Be vulnerable in His presence, and do not be afraid. He won’t put you to shame. Know that He loves you so much, so stay in His presence.
Treat Him as your one and only redeemer. You feel so scared because you might experience another pain the moment you expose your wounds to Him, but remember that He is the only one who knows you from the inside out. He understands your heart. So don’t hesitate to lift up your worries and cares to Him.
Remind yourself that God is not like humans. He never commits mistakes. He is perfect and so powerful. So stop relying on yourself. Let Him perform miracles even in the darkest days of your life. Let Him mend your broken soul, and only then will you experience a complete transformation. His love alone can change your heart.
