Your Heart may be Fragile, but it’s a Treasure that you shouldn’t take for Granted

You may not always understand what’s going on inside, but remember that your emotions are valid. You are allowed to feel in pain. No matter how irrational you think the reasons are, choose to listen to your heart because you deserve to be heard. It may be fragile, but in the eyes of God, it’s like a treasure that you shouldn’t take for granted. Sometimes, your feelings are too deep that you can’t even find the perfect words to describe them. You may find yourself crying in the darkness, but know that God is holding your heart. When you are ready, He will do something so that you will experience healing. He values what’s on the inside rather than your physical appearance. This world may say that true beauty lies in what they can see, but God appreciates your heart more than anything else.

Please don’t neglect your feelings. If you think that you are fully consumed by anger and bitterness, then acknowledge them and ask God’s help. Allow Him to purify your soul so that you will see the blessings behind the negative things that happened. Submit all your frustrations to Him and listen to His voice. Let His wisdom and grace give you the strength to trust and believe in His goodness. When you allow God to take over, it means that you treat Him as bigger than what you feel. Just don’t bury your emotions because it will get worst when you experience another obstacle.

Choose to trust in what God planted in your heart. There are really seasons when you can’t easily understand what He is doing inside. Sometimes, you will experience mixed emotions, and you can’t help but blame yourself for everything that you feel. When that moment comes, please choose to activate your faith. Know that His plans are greater than what you are facing. Believe with all your heart that He is slowly molding your character and values. It hurts, but it’s worth it. You won’t appreciate His hands for now, but when the seeds He planted grow, you will then realize how important you are in His eyes.

He is building your foundation from the inside. So please don’t condemn yourself. He included those negative emotions to be part of us. He has His purpose in mind. And part of that desire is to see you grow in His presence. You won’t fully embrace Him if you will just rely on what He is doing on the outside. You need to open your heart and allow Him to come in. And only then will you see the beautiful treasures that He is building from within.
